Ingredients
  

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup pizza sauce
  • 10-12 slices pepperoni
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter for the skillet

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or butter to coat the bottom.
  • Assemble the quesadilla: Lay one tortilla flat. Spread half of the pizza sauce over one side of the tortilla.
  • Add toppings: Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce, then place pepperoni slices on top.
  • Fold the tortilla in half to create a half-moon shape.
  • Cook the quesadilla: Place it in the hot skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes per side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove and rest: Transfer to a cutting board and let cool for a minute.
  • Slice and serve: Cut into wedges and serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping, if desired.
