Ingredients
  

  • 4 fresh salmon fillets 6 oz each
  • ¼ cup honey
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, minced garlic, and thyme.
  • Place the salmon fillets on a lined baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  • Generously brush the honey mustard mixture over each fillet, reserving some for later.
