Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas sliced
  • 1 3.4-ounce/96g box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups 480ml cold milk
  • 1 cup 240ml heavy cream
  • ΒΌ cup 30g powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups about 200g vanilla wafers, crushed
  • Additional banana slices and vanilla wafers for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Pudding Mixture:
    In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth and thickened, about 2 minutes. Let it sit for a couple of minutes to thicken further.
  • Assemble the Banana Pudding:
    In a separate mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
    Fold half of the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until well combined.
    In individual serving cups or a large serving bowl, layer crushed vanilla wafers, sliced bananas, and a portion of the pudding mixture. Repeat the layers, ending with a layer of pudding on top.
  • Finish and Serve:
    Top the pudding with dollops of the remaining whipped cream.
    Garnish with additional banana slices and vanilla wafers if desired.
    Serve immediately, or refrigerate for 1-2 hours to chill before serving.
