  • 1 cup Biscoff spread or any other cookie butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ cups semisweet chocolate chips
  • Additional Biscoff spread for topping optional

  • Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Cream Butter and Biscoff:
    In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, Biscoff spread, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add Eggs and Vanilla:
    Beat in the eggs, one at a time, until well combined. Add the vanilla extract and mix until incorporated.
  • Combine Dry Ingredients:
    In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients:
