- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

- Pinch of ground cloves
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
