  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup sun dried tomatoes sliced
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Step 1: Season the Chicken

  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Step 2: Sear the Chicken

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5–6 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3: Cook the Garlic

  • Reduce the heat to medium and add butter to the skillet.
  • Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 4: Make the Cream Sauce

  • Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Stir well to combine.
  • Add: Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, Paprika
  • Simmer for 3–5 minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.

Step 5: Add Spinach and Sun Dried Tomatoes

  • Stir in the sun dried tomatoes and fresh spinach.
  • Cook for 2–3 minutes until the spinach wilts and the sauce becomes creamy.

Step 6: Finish the Dish

  • Return the chicken breasts to the skillet.
  • Spoon the creamy sauce over the chicken and simmer for another 5 minutes until everything is heated through.
