1 lb salmon skinless fillets, cut into bite-sized pieces 1 tbsp cornstarch 1 tbsp olive oil ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp black pepper 1 tbsp soy sauce 2 tbsp honey 2 cloves garlic minced ½ tsp ginger grated (optional) 2 tbsp water 1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish 2 tbsp green onions chopped, for garnish

Step 1: Prep the Salmon Cut salmon into 1-inch cubes and pat dry with a paper towel.
Toss with cornstarch, olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Step 2: Air Fry the Salmon Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
