Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easier cleanup.
Prepare the Cabbage
Remove any damaged outer leaves from the cabbage. Place the cabbage on a cutting board and slice it into ¾–1 inch thick steaks. You should get about 4–6 slices, depending on the size of the cabbage.
Season the Cabbage
Arrange the cabbage steaks in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
