Ingredients
  

  • 16 chicken nuggets store-bought or homemade
  • 4 large flour tortillas or whole wheat, spinach, or gluten-free
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese or preferred cheese
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing or BBQ, buffalo, or desired sauce
  • ¼ red onion thinly sliced (optional)
  • 1 avocado sliced (optional)
  • 4 pickle slices optional

Instructions
 

Cook the chicken nuggets

  • Bake or air fry the chicken nuggets according to the package instructions (usually 10–15 minutes). Let them cool slightly before assembling.

Warm the tortillas

  • Heat each tortilla in a dry skillet for 15–20 seconds per side or microwave for 10 seconds to make them pliable.

Assemble the wrap

  • Lay a tortilla flat on a plate. Spread about 1 tablespoon of your chosen sauce in the center.

Layer with fillings

  • Add 4 chicken nuggets, followed by shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onions, cheese, and any extras like avocado or pickles.

Wrap it up

  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it from the bottom up tightly to enclose the fillings. Secure with a toothpick if needed.

Optional – toast the wrap

  • For extra crunch, place the wrapped tortilla seam-side down in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Serve

  • Slice the wrap in half if desired and serve immediately with extra sauce or a side dish.
