  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheese Monterey Jack or cheddar

  • ½ cup canned black beans drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup corn kernels
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika for extra depth

Instructions
 

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

  • Half of the shredded cheese
