Ingredients
  

  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • ½ pound ground beef or ground turkey
  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Cooking spray or oil for greasing muffin tin

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray or a thin layer of oil.

Cook the meat:

  • In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until softened (2–3 minutes).
  • Add ground beef or turkey, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned and no longer pink.
  • Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes, then remove from heat.

Assemble the cups:

  • Press 1 wonton wrapper into each muffin tin slot, folding the sides gently to fit.
  • Add the following into each cup:
  • 1 teaspoon ricotta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon meat sauce mixture
  • 1 tablespoon shredded mozzarella
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese

Bake:

  • Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the wonton wrappers are golden and crispy.

Cool and serve:

  • Let the lasagna cups cool in the tin for 3–5 minutes before removing. Serve warm.
