Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk of choice dairy or non-dairy
  • ½ cup pumpkin purée not pumpkin pie filling
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional toppings:

  • chopped nuts, granola, yogurt, whipped cream, nut butter

Instructions
 

  • Combine ingredients: In a mason jar or bowl, mix rolled oats, pumpkin purée, milk, chia seeds, sweetener, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract.
