  • 1 package (16 oz) frozen pierogies
  • 12 oz kielbasa sliced into ½-inch pieces
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 yellow bell pepper chopped
  • 1 medium onion sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Optional Finishes

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter or garlic butter
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley or green onions
  • Sour cream for serving

Instructions
 

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Step 2: Prep the Ingredients

  • Add the pierogies, sliced kielbasa, peppers, onion, and broccoli to a large mixing bowl.

Step 3: Season Everything

  • Spread the mixture onto the sheet pan in a single layer, ensuring nothing is stacked or crowded.
