Fresh Peach Burrata Salad Recipe with Basil and Balsamic
This Peach Burrata Salad is a stunning summer dish that brings together juicy ripe peaches, creamy burrata, fresh basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.Ready in just 10 minutes, it’s the perfect no-cook salad for warm days, ideal for entertaining or a light and flavorful meal.
Wash the peaches and slice them into thin wedges. If using cherry tomatoes, slice them in half. Gently tear the burrata into halves or quarters.
Assemble the Salad:

Layer Peaches & Tomatoes:
