  • 1 cup 226g unsalted butter, softened
  • 6-8 cloves of garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
