For the Butter Glaze:

Instructions
 

Step 1: Prep the Sliders

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected.
  • Place the bottom half of the rolls into the prepared baking dish.
  • Layer the ham evenly over the rolls, followed by the Swiss cheese.
  • Place the top half of the rolls back on.

Step 2: Make the Glaze

  • In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, honey, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  • Brush the glaze generously over the sliders, making sure to coat the tops and let it seep into the edges.
  • Sprinkle with poppy seeds, if using.

Step 3: Bake to Perfection

  • Cover the dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for another 5-7 minutes until the tops are golden brown and slightly crisp.
  • Let the sliders rest for a few minutes before serving.
