  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

For the Rice Base:

  • 2 cups cooked white or brown rice or cauliflower rice for a low-carb option
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped

For the Toppings:

  • ½ cup cucumber diced
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ¼ cup Kalamata olives sliced
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup tzatziki sauce

Instructions
 

Cook the Ground Turkey

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and diced onion, sautéing for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and fully cooked (about 6-8 minutes).

  • Remove from heat and set aside.
