For the Honey Garlic Glaze:
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
Step 1: Prep the Ingredients
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.

Step 2: Make the Honey Garlic Glaze
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, garlic, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
Set aside for basting later.
Step 3: Roast the Brussels Sprouts
Place the Brussels sprouts on the prepared baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and black pepper, and toss to coat.
Spread them out in an even layer and roast for 15 minutes.
Step 4: Add the Salmon and Glaze Everything
Remove the sheet pan from the oven and push the Brussels sprouts to one side.
Place the salmon fillets on the other side.
Brush the salmon generously with the honey garlic glaze.
Return to the oven and bake for another 10-12 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
