Instructions
 

Prep the Pork Chops

  • Pat chops dry with paper towels to ensure a good sear.
  • Trim excess fat for even cooking.

Make the Honey Mustard Glaze

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Marinate (Optional but Recommended)

  • Let pork chops sit in the glaze for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.

Choose a Cooking Method

  • Pan-Seared & Oven-Finished (Best Texture):
  • Sear chops in a hot skillet for 2–3 minutes per side.
  • Transfer skillet to a 400°F oven and bake for 8–10 minutes until internal temp reaches 145°F.
  • Fully Baked:
  • Bake in a greased dish at 400°F for 20–25 minutes.
  • Spoon glaze over chops halfway through.
  • Grilled:
  • Preheat grill to medium-high.
  • Grill 4–5 minutes per side, brushing with glaze as you go.
  • Air Fryer:
  • Preheat to 400°F.
  • Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
