Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels to help them sear properly.
In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat (or preheat your grill).
Sear the pork chops for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
In a separate bowl, whisk together peach preserves, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar.
Reduce heat to medium and brush the peach BBQ sauce over the pork chops.
Continue cooking for another 5–7 minutes, flipping occasionally and adding more glaze.
Cook until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Remove from heat and let the pork chops rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
