Ingredients
  

  • 4 pork chops about 1-1.5 inches thick
  • 1 cup peach preserves
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar optional
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels to help them sear properly.
  • In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the pork chops.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat (or preheat your grill).
  • Sear the pork chops for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together peach preserves, BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, and brown sugar.
  • Reduce heat to medium and brush the peach BBQ sauce over the pork chops.
  • Continue cooking for another 5–7 minutes, flipping occasionally and adding more glaze.
  • Cook until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  • Remove from heat and let the pork chops rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
