  • 4 salmon fillets 6 ounces each, skin-on or skinless
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 1 lemon thinly sliced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  • Prepare the Salmon:
    Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
    Season both sides of the salmon with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Make the Lemon Dill Mixture:
    In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped dill. Mix well to combine.
  • Coat the Salmon:
