Ingredients

  • Rolled oats old-fashioned, not quick oats
  • Milk dairy or plant-based
  • Greek yogurt for extra creaminess and protein
  • Fresh or frozen peaches
  • Honey or maple syrup
  • Vanilla extract
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg optional
  • Chia seeds for extra nutrition and thickness

For some added crunch and flavor, consider these optional toppings:

  • Chopped pecans or almonds
  • Granola
  • A sprinkle of brown sugar

Instructions

  • In a mason jar or container, combine 1/2 cup of rolled oats, 1/2 cup of milk, 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, and a pinch of nutmeg.
  • Add 1-2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup, depending on your sweetness preference.
  • Stir the mixture well to ensure all ingredients are combined.
  • Dice 1/2 cup of peaches and gently fold them into the oat mixture.
  • Seal the container and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  • In the morning, give your oats a good stir. If they're too thick, add a splash of milk.
