Ingredients
  

For the Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups crushed graham crackers
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted

For the Filling:

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 package 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped

For the Topping (optional):

  • Whipped cream
  • Crushed peanuts
  • Chocolate shavings

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Crust:
    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are evenly moistened.
    Press the crumb mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish.
    Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
  • Prepare the Filling:
    In a large mixing bowl, beat together the peanut butter, softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
    In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
    Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined and no streaks remain.
  • Assemble the Pie:
    Pour the peanut butter filling into the cooled crust, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.
    Smooth the top of the pie with the back of a spoon or spatula.
    Place the pie in the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
  • Add Toppings (Optional):
    Before serving, garnish the pie with a dollop of whipped cream, crushed peanuts, and chocolate shavings, if desired.
  • Serve and Enjoy:
