Ingredients
  

  • 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • cup water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and spices.
  • In a large bowl, beat sugar and oil until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  • Stir in pumpkin puree, water, and vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  • Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before removing and cooling completely on a wire rack.
