Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb sirloin steak cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 lb store-bought or homemade gnocchi
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Season the steak bites generously with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add steak bites and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
  • In the same pan, melt 2 tbsp of butter. Add gnocchi and pan-fry until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Push gnocchi to one side of the pan. Add remaining butter, garlic, and rosemary to the empty side. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Toss gnocchi in the garlic butter mixture.
  • Return steak bites to the pan and heat through.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh parsley.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your culinary masterpiece!
