Tiramisu Dip Recipe

This quick tiramisu dip can be prepared in under 10 minutes, making it perfect for last-minute gatherings or dessert cravings. You can adjust the sweetness and intensity of coffee flavor according to your preference by adding more or less powdered sugar and espresso mixture.
For an extra indulgent touch, you can sprinkle chocolate shavings or grated dark chocolate on top before serving.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon instant espresso powder or instant coffee granules
  • 1 tablespoon coffee liqueur optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder for dusting
  • Ladyfinger cookies or biscotti for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Espresso Mixture:
    In a small bowl, dissolve the instant espresso powder or instant coffee granules in 1 tablespoon of hot water. Stir until fully dissolved. If using coffee liqueur, you can add it to this mixture as well.
  • Whip the Cream:
    In a separate mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Be careful not to overwhip.
  • Mix the Mascarpone Mixture:
    In another bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth and creamy.
    Add the vanilla extract to the mascarpone mixture and mix until well combined.
  • Combine Ingredients:
    Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully incorporated.
    Gradually add the prepared espresso mixture to the mixture, folding gently until smooth and well combined.
  • Serve:
    Transfer the tiramisu dip to a serving bowl.
    Dust the top with cocoa powder for garnish.
    Serve immediately with ladyfinger cookies or biscotti for dipping.
