Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or melted butter
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions
 

  • In a microwave-safe mug, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  • Add the milk, vegetable oil or melted butter, and vanilla extract to the mug. Stir until the batter is smooth and all the dry ingredients are fully incorporated.
  • Gently fold in the blueberries into the batter.
  • Microwave the mug on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes, or until the muffin rises and is cooked through. Keep an eye on it as microwave cooking times may vary.
  • Carefully remove the mug from the microwave (it will be hot!) and let it cool for a minute or two before enjoying your delicious blueberry muffin!
