- Pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or melted butter
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
In a microwave-safe mug, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
Add the milk, vegetable oil or melted butter, and vanilla extract to the mug. Stir until the batter is smooth and all the dry ingredients are fully incorporated.
Gently fold in the blueberries into the batter.
