Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef 80/20 recommended
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce optional
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese, cut into ½-inch cubes (or use shredded if preferred)
  • 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough (8 large biscuits or equivalent)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds optional topping
  • ¼ cup diced pickles optional
  • 2 tbsp ketchup optional, for filling
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard optional, for filling

Instructions
 

Preheat oven or air fryer

  • Oven: Preheat to 375°F (190°C).
  • Air Fryer: Preheat to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the beef

  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through.
  • Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Prepare the dough

  • Open the biscuit dough and separate it into pieces.
  • Flatten each piece into a circle about 3 inches wide. If using pizza dough, cut into 3-inch squares.

Assemble the bomb bites

  • Place 1 tablespoon of the cooked beef in the center of the dough.
  • Add a cube of cheese on top of the beef.
  • Add a small amount of pickle, ketchup, or mustard if desired.
  • Carefully fold the edges of the dough up and over the filling, pinching to seal tightly.

Bake or air fry

  • Place seam-side down on a baking sheet or air fryer tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  • Bake in the oven for 12–15 minutes or air fry for 8–10 minutes, until golden brown.

Serve and enjoy

  • Let cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
  • Serve with dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, burger sauce, or ranch.
