Instructions
Sauté the onions:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chopped Vidalia onions until soft and lightly golden—about 10–12 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
Mix the base:
In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Add the onions:
Fold the sautéed onions into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
Optional – Add shredded cheese:
