Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the garlic butter. Set aside.
Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper on both sides. Brush both sides of the steaks lightly with olive oil.
Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
Place the steaks and shrimp on the preheated grill. Grill the steaks for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or adjust the cooking time according to your desired level of doneness. Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque.
During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the steaks and shrimp generously with the garlic butter mixture, flipping once to coat both sides.
Remove the steaks and shrimp from the grill and transfer them to a serving platter. Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the sliced steak and shrimp.
Serve the Garlic Butter Grilled Steak and Shrimp hot, garnished with additional chopped parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
