Instructions
 

For the Steak Bites:

  • Prepare the Steak: Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces. Pat them dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and black pepper.
  • Heat the Pan: Use a heavy-bottomed skillet (preferably cast iron) and heat the olive oil over high heat until it shimmers.
  • Sear the Steak: Add the steak pieces in a single layer and cook for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown. Avoid overcrowding the pan; cook in batches if necessary.
  • Add Garlic and Butter: Lower the heat to medium, then add the butter and minced garlic. Toss the steak bites to coat them in the melted garlic butter.
  • Remove and Rest: Transfer the steak bites to a plate and let them rest while preparing the sauce.

For the Parmesan Cream Sauce:

  • Melt the Butter: In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add Garlic: Sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • Incorporate Cream: Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly.
