Ingredients
  

  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 4 ounces fresh mozzarella sliced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Step 1: Preheat & Prep the Ingredients

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Season chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic, and Italian seasoning.

Step 2: Arrange & Roast

  • Place chicken on the sheet pan and scatter cherry tomatoes around it.
