Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk almond, coconut, dairy, or oat milk
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey, maple syrup, or agave syrup (optional, to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Optional toppings:

  • Fresh strawberries
  • granola
  • shredded coconut
  • nuts

Instructions

Prepare the Strawberry Base

  • Blend fresh or thawed frozen strawberries into a smooth puree.
  • Adjust sweetness by adding honey or maple syrup if needed.

Mix the Chia Seeds and Liquid

  • Combine 3 tablespoons of chia seeds with 1 cup of milk in a bowl or jar.
  • Stir thoroughly to ensure the seeds don’t clump together.

Combine with Strawberry Puree

  • Add the strawberry puree to the chia seed mixture and stir until well combined.

Chill and Set

  • Cover the bowl or jar and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. The chia seeds will absorb the liquid and thicken into a pudding-like consistency.

Serve and Enjoy

  • Give the pudding a final stir before serving. Top with fresh strawberries, granola, or shredded coconut for added texture and flavor.
