Sweet Grilled Peach and Prosciutto Flatbread Recipe

Prepare the grill:Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F/200°C).
Prepare the flatbread:If using homemade dough, roll it out thinly.Brush one side with olive oil.Grill for 1-2 minutes until lightly marked.Remove from grill, brush the other side with oil, and set aside.
