Instructions
Melt the White Chocolate
Double Boiler Method: Place a heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, ensuring the bowl doesn’t touch the water. Add white chocolate chips and stir continuously until melted and smooth.
Microwave Method: Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 15-20 second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth.
Tip: White chocolate burns easily, so melt it slowly over low heat or short microwave intervals.
Mix in the Peanuts
Once the white chocolate is completely melted, add the roasted peanuts.
Stir until all peanuts are evenly coated with white chocolate.
