Very easy to make and sweet delicious flavors. I added a little more Dijon, Italian spices, mushrooms, bell peppers and topped with fresh basil. I will definitely make again soon. Have leftovers for lunch tomorrow!

I rarely post a comment but this recipe is a winner. I like that itโs fast, easy and delicious. The only changes I made, I used chicken thigh tenders. Always perfect and rarely overcooked. I also add the tomatoes at the last 10 minutes. I used all the marinade and at the end before the broiler I drizzle balsamic glaze on the chicken.
