Very easy to make and sweet delicious flavors. I added a little more Dijon, Italian spices, mushrooms, bell peppers and topped with fresh basil. I will definitely make again soon. Have leftovers for lunch tomorrow!

My husband and I made this for the first time last night and have decided it’s a keeper! We used cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and Italian squash. We made more than the recipe called for, but it was easy to change servings and amounts. Will definitely make again!

I rarely post a comment but this recipe is a winner. I like that itโ€™s fast, easy and delicious. The only changes I made, I used chicken thigh tenders. Always perfect and rarely overcooked. I also add the tomatoes at the last 10 minutes. I used all the marinade and at the end before the broiler I drizzle balsamic glaze on the chicken.
This recipe is very flavorful and quick to prepare.
