Simple & tasty. My chops were boneless and only took 2-3 minutes per side, plus the 2 minutes in the garlic butter. Next time I’ll turn those last 2 minutes of garlic butter bath down to medium low instead of medium in an effort to keep the garlic from overcooking. I pulled the chops right before they hit 140 degrees to allow for carryover cooking during that 5 minute rest period, dislike dried out chops and word these days is that because of the way it is raised now pork is no longer this wild trichinosis threat it used to be and a little pink is OK.
